Marketing integrations - OurAiCalling

Marketing integrations attach first-party analytics and ad pixels to a verified custom domain. They live on the reseller workspace and apply to every customer who signs in on that host. Customer workspaces do not have their own pixels. Platform pixels never fire on a white-label host.

Where to configure

Platform domain: Admin → Settings → Marketing
White-label domain: Tenant Admin → Settings → Marketing

Raw Custom scripts remain available for extra tags. Conversion API tokens (Meta CAPI, GA4 Measurement Protocol) are stored separately and never returned in public branding or API responses — only a *_set flag.

Client and server events share the same event_id so Pixel + CAPI and GA4 browser + Measurement Protocol deduplicate.
